  Had a scooter it broke, they took it back fair do's! was supposed to be sorting another one for my partner been constantly phoning them for two weeks whilst my partner is getting more depressed due to not getting out cos he can't walk. Yes rang em again same convo IL get my gaffer to ring it's been noted in message book blah blah still no scooter still no hope n still a fella that is stuck in house n no way of getting about getting more depressed as if his condition ain't alenough to stress about absolutely no care or compassion for their customers

  I bought a rise and recliner from this company for my nan and I am very impressed with the overall experience. My nan is really happy with the product and will defiantly be dealing with them again. Very polite and well mannered, members of staff with such a friendly service. The sale members weren't too pushy and help her find exactly what she was looking for. Many thanks and all the best.
